ANSUH

Privacy Policy · Effective April 4, 2026

The safest data is data that does not exist.

Ansuh is designed to minimize retention and limit the amount of information created in the first place. This policy explains what we collect, what we do not intentionally retain, how data is used, how long it lasts, and how to contact us about privacy or security matters.

Data Minimization and Temporary Design

Ansuh is built around temporary communication. We do not intentionally maintain a permanent message archive for Route conversations. Route state, file availability, and access controls are designed to expire on short timers, and the service is architected to reduce stored content wherever technically and operationally possible.

That said, no networked service is literally data-free. Account records, device and connection signals, abuse indicators, support correspondence, and operational logs may exist for limited periods where required to run, secure, investigate, improve, or defend the service.

Information We Collect

  • Account data: email address, username, account timestamps, account status, and related identity or verification state.
  • Operational data: connection identifiers, session timing, device and browser metadata, IP-derived network information, request logs, and security or fraud signals.
  • Support and compliance data: emails, reports, moderation evidence, enforcement notes, and records needed to respond to abuse, security, or legal issues.
  • Temporary file data: Parcel metadata and short-lived file objects required to deliver time-bounded uploads.

Information We Do Not Intend to Retain

Ansuh is designed not to operate as a permanent message repository. We do not intentionally provide long-term searchable message history, advertising profiles, or behaviorally targeted ad systems. We do not sell personal data, and we do not embed third-party ad trackers inside the core product surface.

Temporary delivery or diagnostic traces may still arise in caches, logs, backups, abuse workflows, or infrastructure layers for short periods. We work to limit those traces and remove them when no longer operationally necessary.

How We Use Data

We use information to authenticate users, deliver Routes and Parcels, maintain service reliability, detect abuse, enforce limits, investigate incidents, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve security and usability. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of the service, legitimate interests, consent where requested, and compliance with legal obligations.

We may share data with hosting providers, communications vendors, security tooling, professional advisors, acquirers in a transaction, and authorities where required by law or necessary to protect users, Ansuh, or the public.

Retention, Deletion, and Security

Retention periods vary by category. Temporary Route and Parcel data is designed for short-lived deletion windows. Account, fraud, support, and legal-response records may be retained longer where necessary to maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce terms, or comply with law.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, and misuse. No system can guarantee absolute security, and you should use Ansuh with an understanding of the limits inherent in any connected service.

Your Choices, Rights, and Requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal data, subject to authentication, technical feasibility, retention obligations, and legal exceptions. We may ask for additional information to verify a request before acting on it.

Ansuh is not directed to children below the age at which they can lawfully consent to digital services in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child submitted personal data improperly, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes take effect when posted on this page unless a longer notice period is required.
